REFLEXOLOGY  is a therapy that is centuries old.  It is used to balance mind. body & spirit as well as being a very relaxing  & caring treatment to receive.  Each area of the body is mapped out on the feet & using specialised techniques, helps to bring balance to that area.  
You will arrive and  have a consultation as to what you would like to feel during & after your treatment.  You will remove your  socks & shoes and relax in a nice ambient apace.  Your feet will be cleansed by Grainne & a lovely well being oil used to relax you before she begins.   
The treatment is 40 minutes & Fee is €40
MATERNITY REFLEXOLOGY
As above, but specific targetting to the body to promote a healthy pregnancy and relaxation & to help prevent pregnancy related conditions, EG Constipation, Back Pain, Heartburn, Gestinal Diabetes (when done  on certain weeks) and so much more.
